Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link. You can track your package through the following providers:

UPS (Standard & Express Deliveries): Track your package using the UPS tracking link provided in your confirmation email. (UPS Tracking)

Local Postal Service (PostNord): Track your package via the PostNord tracking system, the tracking link will be provided in your confirmation email. (PostNord Tracking)
For Buyers Outside the EU
As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Sooobling.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside Sweden may be subject to excise taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the local country and/or jurisdiction. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such excise taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and/or delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to report and remit these taxes. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimate.

Unclaimed Packages
If your package is delivered to a pick-up point (via UPS or Local Postal Service) and is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned to Sooobling. In such cases, a fee of 30 EUR will be charged to cover administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling costs.
Please note: Unclaimed packages are not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
